The Oklahoma Ambulance Association's Annual Stars of Life event celebrates the dedication and service of EMS providers and support staff from across the state.
OKAMA Stars nominees receive a commemorative medal, challenge coin, shadow box and program booklet in recognition of their selection. Additionally, one OKAMA Star will be selected by the nomination committee for an all-expense paid trip to Washington, DC to represent OKAMA at the American Ambulance Association's Stars of Life.
What Do I Need to Nominate A Star?
· Short bio for the program book. Need help? Send an email to:
stars@okama.org
· High-quality photos for the program book and presentation.
Tips for taking pictures
· Names of all guests. (Note: you can email stars@okama.org later to substitute new names, if needed, but we need an accurate headcount for catering as soon as possible. If unsure of names at this time, you can just list guests as "Guest One," "Guest Two," etc.)
All Star nominations must be received by June 19, 2024

This is a business dress event. Coat and tie or service dress uniforms are recommended.
